Signet, Inc. Hosts 23rd Annual Product Showcase
Company unveils new logo ahead of forthcoming milestone and rebrand.
Memphis, TN, October 18, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Signet, Inc., an award-winning promotional products, warehousing and distribution company that provides custom branding solutions for local, regional and national businesses, hosted more than 180 clients and 40 factory representatives at its 2015 Product Showcase at the Marriott Memphis East on September 15. Signet ranks in the top 100 of an industry of over 23,000 companies.
“The Product Showcase is one of our favorite events to host, not only because we can share the latest products with clients, but also because it gives our team the chance to interact face-to-face with both clients and factory reps, which is rare and a nice treat,” said Elizabeth Tate, chairman and chief executive officer of Signet, Inc.
This annual event provides the opportunity for clients to gain industry insight by directly meeting with Signet manufacturing representatives, while browsing the newest and top-selling products. The event also offers invaluable face time with long-standing clients, enabling Signet to uphold its mission of providing the highest quality of product, service and experience.
Within the promotional products industry, trade shows traditionally occur January through March and are only open to members of the industry, not clients. By hosting its own showcase in September, Signet not only provides clients with the opportunity to view a wide variety of the best products themselves, but also offers clients the chance to regroup and develop creative programs for the fourth quarter.
The company’s client base spans across the United States and includes high-profile brands, such as Chick-fil-A, International Paper and ServiceMaster. A few clients who attended the showcase included AutoZone, FedEx, First Tennessee Bank, International Paper, ServiceMaster, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Thomas & Betts and Veritiv.
“It’s truly phenomenal what Elizabeth and team do for their clients,” said Mary Harvey Gurley, FedEx manager of global communications. “At FedEx, I use several of Signet’s services, including logo merchandise and apparel, warehousing and distribution, special handling and event support. I’ve been working with them for 35 years, and they have never missed a deadline. I can say that, without a doubt, Signet is the best in the industry.”
The Product Showcase began in 1992 to give clients the chance to view more product at once, and it has since become one of the most valuable events Signet hosts each year. Prior to the Marriott Memphis East, the showcase had been held at the Memphis Botanic Garden and the Racquet Club of Memphis.
During this year’s event, Signet unveiled its new logo to clients and factory representatives. The new logo is part of a current rebranding effort to highlight the company’s 40th anniversary this coming January.
Furthermore, the company unveiled its newest product, The Mosaic PowerStream by PowerStick, which Signet is now offering clients. According to the Canadian company, “With the Mosaic you can easily stream, save and share various files to different mobile devices. Load your Mosaic with movies, videos, photos and documents and then access them from your phone or tablet anytime and anywhere you want to.”
