San Francisco Real Estate Market 3rd Quarter Report
Hill & Co. Real Estate, San Francisco’s premier residential real estate brokerage, released its 3rd Quarter San Francisco Real Estate Report today. Among other items, the market recap points out that the median sale price for single family homes actually fell in September, when compared to August. A decline in September is very unusual, and suggests that the market is cooling off a bit, providing better opportunities for buyers. The median sale price for condos meanwhile continued to climb.
