FEIG Electronics’ cVEND Technology to be Demonstrated at Money20/20
FEIG's cVEND contactless payment system will be demonstrated in two different booths at Money20/20 on October 25-28, 2015 in Las Vegas.
Duluth, GA, October 21, 2015 --(PR.com)-- FEIG Electronics will demonstrate the cVEND secure payment solution at the Money20/20 conference in two different booths. The first is in partnership with Cardtek, who is a leading software developer for financial transactions and provider of EMV migration solutions.
FEIG’s cVEND contactless payment terminals incorporate the Cardtek EMV Level 2 Kernel (L2K), providing certified EMV-related payment and security functionality on cVEND plug-in modules and standalone card readers.
Together, cVEND payment devices and the Cardtek L2K work well to meet the security needs and variety of payment options required in the transportation industry. The resulting functionality delivers improved flexibility, interoperability, less fraud, accurate revenue accountability, and greater convenience for mass transit passengers.
AmaTech Group Uses cVEND to Showcase Payment Products
cVEND’s second Money20/20 appearance will be with the AmaTech Group, which relies solely on FEIG’s contactless reader solution to demonstrate the readability of all their payment objects. cVEND contactless payment terminals will be set up in the AmaTech booth to read EMV Contactless cards, wristbands, tickets and other contactless payment products.
In addition to demonstrating typical forms of contactless payment, AmaTech Group will unveil PayWear, a new technology for adding contactless payment to fashion-first payment wearables, including solid metal bracelets, cuffs, key fobs and rings.
The cVEND product series ensures secure payment transactions for any contactless, EMV-compliant payment products. FEIG offers a wide range of readers and terminals proven to be highly reliable in daily operation for a variety of payment applications.
