National Corporate Housing Names Milton Cohen Chief Financial Officer
Greenwood Village, CO, October 22, 2015 --(PR.com)-- National Corporate Housing, a global multi-brand corporate housing company and leader in the furnished temporary housing industry, announces the appointment of Milton Cohen as Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Cohen started with National Corporate Housing in April 2015 and relocated to its Denver, Colorado corporate headquarters in July 2015.
“I’m very excited to join the team at National as the company prepares for its next stage of growth,” said Mr. Cohen. “We have a number of high impact projects in the pipeline internally, and several promising acquisition opportunities across our multiple lines of business,” he added.
Mr. Cohen is a proven leader with a unique combination of management and transaction experience, having completed over $20 Billion of M&A and capital structure transactions over the course of his career, along with two successful turnarounds and a leveraged buildup as an operator. Most recently, Mr. Cohen executed a successful leveraged buildup as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Expert NJS, a leading North American provider of facility maintenance services to the retail and commercial sectors. Mr. Cohen earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Vassar College with additional economic coursework at Oxford University, and obtained his MBA at Emory University’s Goizueta Business School, which he attended as a Robert Woodruff Fellow.
