Dan is a partner at Burr & Forman LLP in Tampa, Florida, where he practices in the firm’s litigation department and concentrates his practice in the areas of complex business and commercial litigation, intellectual property litigation, securities litigation and arbitration. He graduated with a degree in business administration from the University of Florida and an M.B.A. from the University of Miami.
