San Antonio, TX, October 23, 2015 --(PR.com)-- The San Antonio office of Fisher & Phillips LLP announced today that John A. Heller has joined the firm as Of Counsel. Fisher & Phillips is a management-side labor and employment law firm with three Texas offices, located in San Antonio, Houston and Dallas.
Heller comes to Fisher & Phillips with 39 years’ experience representing employers in all aspects of labor and employment matters in federal, state and district courts. He also works with in-house counsel and human resource teams in the development and implementation of workplace policies and procedures.

Prior to joining Fisher & Phillips, Heller was a partner at Plunkett & Griesenbeck, Inc. for 17 years. Before Plunkett & Griesenbeck, he was a partner at Foster, Heller, Kilgore & Holland for 13 years. Heller began his legal career at Sawtelle, Goode, Davidson & Trolio, where he later became partner.
Heller received his Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Mary's University in San Antonio and his law degree from St. Mary's University School of Law. He is licensed to practice in Texas.
