Cameron Village is changing the one hundred year history of iconic Wendell clothier.

A significant change in the retail landscape of the Triangle is about to take place. Kannon's Women's will relocate to Raleigh's Cameron Village in the first quarter of 2016. The iconic Kannon's Clothing has dressed men and women of the Triangle and eastern North Carolina in their Wendell location for nearly one hundred years. Founded in 1916 by Isaac George Kannon, the business is proudly owned and operated by its third generation family.
"Kannon's fills a very special niche in the Village merchandising mix," says Lynne Worth, Senior Vice President of York Properties. Cameron Village has grown with Raleigh for over six decades. The merchant mix has changed and so has the look of the Village. This carefully crafted merchandising plan has evolved over the years, partnering locally owned merchants with strong regional and national retailers. Kannon's Women's coming to the Village completes the latest phase by providing a needed segment of timeless, women's fashion wear that the Cameron Village customer desires.

Kannon's Women's will join the Village in the first quarter of 2016, occupying the corner of Cameron St. and Woodburn Rd. Both the men's and women's locations will now be in Cameron Village.
