Recently, the Internal Revenue Service has released a discussion as per to the proposed overhaul of the Form 990 or the main tax form for certain tax-exempt organizations. This action done by the IRS is to make things easier for the agency itself and for the public to track and scrutinize the finances, governance and accomplishments of the certain tax-exempt organizations.

The Knowledge Congress is assembling a panel of distinguished experts to help make this proposed revision for the Form 990 clear to the organizations most impacted. The panel will present their findings, which will include best practices in a two-hour teleconference.
