The Scientific Journal Highlights ASAlaser’s Commitment in Research

The company from Vicenza, leader in the study and implementation of laser’s therapeutic solutions, celebrates the first 7 years of Energy for Health, a magazine devoted to physical therapy.

Vicenza, Italy, November 01, 2015 --(PR.com)-- No crisis of the seventh year for Energy for Health, semiannual scientific journal created by ASAcampus, ASAlaser’s Research Division, company for over 30 years engaged in the study and implementation of laser therapies to fight pain.

The magazine, which in September reached its fourteenth edition, was founded from the need and desire to facilitate the circulation and dissemination of scientific knowledge and to contribute to the cultural promotion of laser therapy.

This goal has been pursued through the publication of the results of basic and clinical studies realized in Italy and abroad and carried out by researchers, physicians and specialists of international prestige.

Over the years Energy for Health has become not only a space for discussion and sharing, but also an opportunity to facilitate the exchange of knowledge.

"Articles suitable for publication," explains Monica Monici, Head of ASAcampus and executive editor of the journal, "are carefully selected through a peer review process to ensure the good quality of the documents published. Every manuscript is assigned to a member of the editorial board (editor) who evaluates its consistency with the goals of the magazine and, if approved, sends it to the experts of the scientific sector."

These have the task of assessing the contents and sending their comments to the editor, who decides whether to publish the work as such, require authors to make corrections and/or modifications, or reject it because not in line with the journal’s intents.

"A magazine that," continues Monici, "is aimed at users of laser and electromagnetic fields for therapeutic purposes including, for example, doctors, physiotherapists and experts in the sector of lasers and magnetic fields, photochemistry, photobiology and photomedicine as physicists, engineers, biologists and chemists."

Distributed throughout 83 nations with a circulation of 5000 copies, Energy for Health, however, is just one of the initiatives promoted by the company to provide room for research, an essential piece for its growth.

Since its foundation, in fact, ASAlaser has made of it its guide in the sign of transparency and scientific correctness.

The journal is the end link of a chain of "values" that have on ASAcampus (joint laboratory created by the synergy between ASAlaser and the University of Florence) their maximum expression.

"Our business philosophy," says Roberto Marchesini, ASAlaser’s Managing Director, "cannot be separated or distinct from either Research or by building a network of dynamic relationships composed of researchers and doctors who, like us, believe in the sharing of goals and scientific results. Energy for Health was actually created with the ambition to make studies conducted by doctors of international prestige wealth of knowledge available to all, as well as from the need to consolidate the value of our therapies through the direct involvement of our customers, called to share their successful case reports. Sharing knowledge and experience are the only possible ways towards improvement."

The report on the first seven years ends with a positive sign and is a fly-wheel for new, long-term goals that speak the language of the direct involvement of distributors, "We are aiming to involve our 50 commercial partners located throughout the world in the distribution of the magazine because they engaged themselves in the activity of verifying customer satisfaction," points out Marchesini, as well as indexing. "Aware of the complexity of the project and the difficulties we must face," confirms Monici, "for the future we aim to index with Impact Factor. An ambitious goal for 'Energy for Health' in which we firmly believe."
