ASCAYA officially opened for sales last Fall and is briskly moving forward with new home and amenity development. Its first home broke ground this Summer and its first of seven Inspiration Homes will start construction on October 20.
ASCAYA’s $25 million clubhouse, designed by Swaback Partners, is scheduled to start construction in January 2016.
