Alternative Surfaces Announces Sale to DAZ Enterprises Corp

Portland, OR, November 04, 2015 --(PR.com)-- The deal which closed at the end of October, will expand Alternative Surfaces footprint in the Northwest and further support the company’s goal to provide the best project based solutions to their loyal and expanding customer base. Former owner Evan Mitchell will not stay on through the transition.
There will be no change to the day to day operations of the company and Mitchell will stay on for a period to train the new owners and advise them on their acquisition and to ensure a smooth a transition as possible. The new owners are confident their combination of management and the existing staffs many years with Alternative Surfaces will allow them to aggressively pursue new avenues of growth.
