Anthony Grande Promoted to Claims Manager for Third Party Administrator Alternative Service Concepts

Nashville, TN, November 04, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Alternative Service Concepts, a national Third Party Claims Administrator (TPA), announced the promotion of Mr. Anthony Grande to claims manager. Mr. Grande will be based in ASC’s Orlando, Florida office.

As a claim manager, Mr. Grande will be responsible for overall coordination of office operations including, but not limited to, client relations and ongoing oversight of claims activity and quality control.

Anthony Grande joined Alternative Service Concepts in 2009 where he had served as a claims supervisor. He began his claim adjusting career in 1989 with Kemper National in Rochester, New York as a claim adjuster followed by positions with Sedgwick CMS in Michigan and Florida. Mr. Grande brings more than 25 years of industry service to this new role.
