ResortCom’s Operation Center which houses the Contact Center in a separate highly-functional space with leading edge technology.
The new 8,000 sq. ft. offices will be home to the Executive Committee, Vacation Club Servicing, Software Development, Financial Services, Accounting and Legal Divisions. In addition to the Executive Offices and the 23,000 square foot Contact Center, ResortCom also has a separate facility for ResortCom Marketing which includes both Referral and Pre-Arrival Divisions.
“We are continuing to grow steadily,” said Dennis Hershey, CFO of the company. “Our current buildings have room for expansion and we have also recently extended our Call Center lease.
