AllTech and GlenMartin Enter Into Strategic Cooperation Agreement to Supply Mobile Solutions Including Communication and Light Towers

Addison, TX, November 10, 2015 --(PR.com)-- GlenMartin, a leader and innovator in the design and development of telecommunication infrastructure, and AllTech, a leader in the design and fabrication of mobile solutions, primarily for communications and lighting, announce a strategic cooperation agreement. GlenMartin will represent AllTech exclusively in the Mexico market and also utilize AllTech as a fabrication partner in the US on opportunities requiring fabricated components.

This strategic alliance will build upon the strengths of both companies. GlenMartin De Mexico will expand product supply and solutions to the Mexican market as an exclusive partner of AllTech for AllTech’s famous mobile solutions, especially mobile towers and cell on wheels (“COW”) which are both part of AllTech’s patented self-guying product line ( US Patent # 7,062,883 B1) . Both companies are excited to support each other in this market expansion.
