Jennifer’s Celebrates 33 Year Anniversary
Jennifer Williams always had a passion for the business of fashion. At the age of 23 she opened Jennifer’s boutique in Cypress Square on McGregor Boulevard in Fort Myers, the same location it stands today. This month Jennifer is celebrating 33 years in business. Now through November 30, customers can enter to win a $330 shopping spree at Jennifer’s.

Williams began working in retail while she attended Fort Myers High School. In November of 1983, she opened Jennifer’s on McGregor Boulevard, in the same location it stands today. “I have always had a clear vision for my store – from the clothing, the accessories, marketing, the packaging of purchases, the way we treat our customers, and the way we give back to the community,” said Williams. “I am proud that we have lived that vision for 33 years.”
Jennifer’s unique and timeless sense of style has created a loyal following. Williams attributes her success to staying current and true to her fashion sense. “Some trends are all over the fashion magazines, but don’t work for our clients,” says Williams. “Our theme has always been subtle, simple and sophisticated.”
Jennifer’s regularly gives back to the community through Fashion Forward Friday events where a portion of the day’s proceeds are donated to a local non-profit. She has held food drives for local pantries, supply drives for pet shelters, exhibited and sold art by children with disabilities to benefit their school and regularly donates gift certificates to local fundraisers. Williams was recently honored as a finalist for the prestigious Blue Chip Community Business Awards.
