Robert Miller, president of Future Electronics, spoke at the company's annual Advanced Engineering University, a training program for employees.

The seven day intensive course is designed for Future's Advanced Engineers, with the entire Advanced Engineering Group (AEG organization) in attendance along with 19 of the company's supplier partners.
Robert Miller, President of Future Electronics, has always been a big believer in the power of education, and the AEU is one of the many ways in which the company demonstrates its commitment to training its team and educating employees on how to achieve success.
Supplier partners provided a total of 76 hours of valuable training to the team. Five keynote speakers shared insightful information on how to position their respective companies to win the customer. In addition, the suppliers explained how to clearly differentiate each company.
The President of Future Electronics, Robert Miller, also addressed the team. They key takeaway from President Miller's speech was that demand creation was the number one priority for the company, and that Future's ultimate goal is to be recognized as the best demand creator in the business.
One of the most popular events during AEU is the Supplier Fair. This year there were 37 suppliers in attendance, with a total of 119 supplier representatives. Over 300 people attended the fair, which allowed for the Advanced Engineering team along with Sales and Marketing to network with supplier partners and learn more about their latest technology offerings.
