Conectys Named Outsourcing Contact Centre Provider of the Year by the NOA

Conectys, the global outsourcing provider, wins the 2015 Outsourcing Contact Centre Provider of the Year title at the National Outsourcing Association Awards (NOA).

London, United Kingdom, November 27, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Conectys, the global outsourcing powerhouse, today announced it has won the 2015 Outsourcing Contact Centre Provider of the Year title at the National Outsourcing Association Awards (NOA). The awards gala took place on November 19th in London, UK.

This is the second year in a row that Conectys secures NOA’s distinguished prize. The NOA CEO, Kerry Hallard, commented on the 2015 award submissions: “Following one of its strongest ever years, the global outsourcing industry is undergoing a paradigm shift in terms of technology, customer centricity and client expectation.
