McKinley Marketing Partners Increases Staff by 40%
Senior team brought in to increase revenue and introduce new value-added service line.
Alexandria, VA, December 19, 2007 --(PR.com)-- McKinley Marketing Partners Inc., the leading provider of Interim Marketing Managers(SM) (IMMs(R)) to Fortune 1000 companies and trade associations, has appointed a senior director, two directors, and a manager to enhance its talent recruitment and business development activities.
Susan Kiernan joined McKinley at the end of June as the Senior Director, Strategic Recruiting and Placement to spearhead the company’s entry into the permanent placement arena. Susan comes to McKinley from On Assignment-Lab Support where she managed 11 markets throughout the Northeast and Southwest. She performed training on scientific recruiting and business development strategies with staffing consultants and senior staffing consultants. While managing a team that represented 25 percent of the divisional revenue line, Susan also managed contract negotiations with existing and target clients within various scientific industries.
McKinley’s largest focus on staff hiring this year has been on its Business Development team. Joining the team to direct business development in Virginia and Dallas is Quincie Rivers, a staffing industry veteran. Quincie comes to McKinley from Adecco where she managed a twelve branch network, equaling annual revenue of $29 million. She developed a market plan which directly impacted the re-building of the Baltimore Region. Quincie personally sold 9 new major client contracts with annual revenue opportunity of more than $20 million. Supporting Quincie in her efforts are other newcomers to the McKinley Team, Jennifer Robinson, and Bernadette Rospigliosi. Jennifer Robinson joins McKinley as the Business Development Manager for Virginia and Bernadette joins their Texas team.
With the addition of a New York office this year, McKinley brought in Jean-Paul Forsans, another staffing industry veteran. After a successful career with staffing giant, Adecco SA, Jean-Paul joins McKinley as the Director of Business Development for the New York region. During his time with Adecco, Jean-Paul developed a strategic partnership with IBM to identify and analyze new business opportunities and supported Adecco’s local, regional, and divisional teams in growing their business and improving their profitability with this key global customer.
“This is the investment year,” says CEO Michelle Boggs. “We are placing all the right people in all the right places. These key players were brought in to join, an already highly productive internal team.”
