Ms. Mercado has over 22 years experience in the government healthcare field. She is an MSA Clerk Radiology at the VA Southeast Clinic which provides patient care in Gilbert, Arizona. She is responsible for registering patients in the radiology department. Ms. Mercado was born in Cedar Rapids, Idaho and obtained a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Iowa in 1973. In her spare time she enjoys singing and reading.
