Green Brick Partners Announces $160 Million Residential Development in Flower Mound
Plano, TX, December 03, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Plano-based Green Brick Partners, Inc. recently acquired 52 acres in southern Flower Mound at Gerault Road and FM 2499 for the development of 450 home sites with a build out value of approximately $160 million.
The planned town homes and patio homes are an integral part of a 110 acre master planned development called Southgate, that will also include restaurants, retail, and offices.
