The new 15,000-square-foot home of Employee Solutions will be located in Plano, Texas, and the company and its 50 headquarters staff are planning to move into the new building in June.
Employee Solutions will own the one-story building and its 2.78-acre site. The company has leased office space elsewhere in Plano since 2007, and sees the new location as a way to create a better work space, consolidate all functions more efficiently, and increase its capacity for training activities.
"Our rapid growth over the past several years has strained our ability to house all of our headquarters people in the collaborative environment we want," explained David Bristol, CEO of Employee Solutions. Strategic Construction of Dallas is the prime contractor for the new building, which was designed by the architectural firm of Good, Fulton & Farrell of Dallas.
