Fort Myers Attorney Erin Houck-Toll Recertified as Florida Tax Law Expert

Fort Myers, FL, December 10, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A., is pleased to announce that Erin Houck-Toll, a stockholder in the Business & Tax Division, has been recertified by The Florida Bar as a Board Certified Tax expert, a designation she initially received in 2010. Houck-Toll is also Board Certified in Health Law and is one of only three dual board health and tax law attorneys in the entire state of Florida.

Board certified lawyers’ experience and competency have been rigorously evaluated, and they are the only Florida lawyers allowed to refer to themselves as specialists or experts. Board certified lawyers have met The Florida Bar’s highest standards for special knowledge, skills and proficiency in various areas of law and professionalism and ethics in the practice of law.

Houck-Toll assists clients in business planning, health care law, mergers and acquisitions, and intellectual property issues. She also has an active federal and state taxation practice, representing individuals, businesses, non-profits and tax exempt organizations before the IRS, Florida Department of Revenue, and United States Tax Court. Houck-Toll serves on the Executive Council for the Tax Section of The Florida Bar and serves as Vice President on the Board of Directors of Special Equestrians, Inc.
