Aspire InfoLabs Drive on December 16
Aspire InfoLabs is all set to conduct a recruitment drive in its Hyderabad premises on behalf of a CMMI Level 4 company that has emerged to be the winner among the top 100 companies in Asia as per Red Herring.
Hyderabad, India, December 12, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Aspire InfoLabs is all set to conduct a drive for IT freshers in its Hyderabad premises on 16th December, 2015, for multiple openings in a CMMI Level 4 organization that has recently emerged winner among the Top 100 Asian Organizations (Red Herring Award).
The recruitment process started with screening of candidates from different parts of the country. Eligible candidates (based on their academic scores, technical skill sets) underwent a screening round by the team of Aspire InfoLabs and were evaluated on the basis of multiple assessment rounds like Group Discussions, Personal Interviews and Aptitude Tests.
Over 320 students have been part of the screening process so far, out of which 55 candidates have been shortlisted for the final round, which shall be a direct interview with the HR panel of the client organization. The mobile team of Aspire InfoLabs would be conducting additional rounds of pre-screening due to high number of job openings.
The candidates who shall be selected after the final round will undergo a 40 day Talent Transformation Program in the Hyderabad premises of Aspire InfoLabs, as part of the 'Hire & Train' model. After the successful completion of the program, the candidates shall be deployed in the client organization across niche technologies like HTML5, Angular JS in Product Development and e-Learning Solutions teams.
