Matt Blatt Auto, Food Bank of South Jersey Team to Distribute 250 Christmas Dinners to Gloucester County Families
Glassboro-Based Automotive Dealership Donates $7,500 for Holiday Food Purchases
Pennsauken, NJ, December 16, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Two-hundred and fifty families struggling with food-insecurity will receive a helping hand from Matt Blatt Auto this holiday season. The automotive dealership has donated $7,500 to the Food Bank of South Jersey (FBSJ), and requested the non-profit organization’s assistance in securing traditional holiday meals for the families and coordinating the distribution.

Monday, December 21, 9:00 am to Noon
Who:
Food-insecure families residing in Glassboro, Clayton, Pitman, and Franklinville were invited to participate and pre-register through solicitations made to non-profit agencies and schools in the four towns. Matt Blatt Auto employees and FBSJ staff/volunteers will greet the families and participate in distributing the meal baskets.
“We are always pleased to partner with the Food Bank of South Jersey to assist families with need in our service area,” stated Roy Greenblatt, President of Matt Blatt Auto Dealerships. “It holds special meaning for all of our employees at this time of year.”
Matt Blatt Auto Dealerships also supports FBSJ’s mission through annual food drives conducted each summer and through financial gifts.
