Henderson Franklin Welcomes Tania Ogden to Workers' Compensation Defense Team

Fort Myers, FL, December 17, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A., is pleased to announce that Tania Nordelo Ogden has joined the firm’s workers’ compensation defense team.

Ogden represents insurance carrier, third party administrators and employers in the defense of worker’s compensation claims. She is also certified as a Circuit Civil Mediator and assists parties to reach an amicable resolution avoiding costly litigation.

Prior to joining Henderson Franklin, Ogden owned her own workers’ compensation practice. She was also an adjunct professor at Ave Maria Law School, teaching a course in workers’ compensation. Ogden is a member of the Lee County Alliance of Women Lawyers and of St. Katherine Drexel Church. She also volunteers at Community Cooperative’s soup kitchen.
