Mark Kuchta Receives Promotion to 4th Degree Black Belt/Senior Instructor in the Art of Kenpo Karate
Mark Kuchta, a police officer and long time black belt instructor with Kindred Martial Arts, a Kenpo Karate School in Manchester, Connecticut, was presented with a 4th Degree Black Belt promotion by his high ranking Kenpo Karate instructors, while teaching at a recent set of seminars at the Kindred Martial Arts School located in Fountain Hills, Arizona, owned and operated by John Nichols.
Manchester, CT, December 18, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Mark Kuchta was recently awarded his 4th Degree Black Belt and received the title of Senior Instructor in the Art of Kenpo Karate.
Mr. Kuchta, a police officer in Connecticut, has been a dedicated student of Kenpo Karate for well over a decade and has been a Sifu (Chinese word for teacher) with the Kindred Martial Arts School located in Connecticut since 2007.
The promotion was awarded by Mr. Kuchta's long time Kenpo Karate instructors and Kindred Martial Arts principals; Associate Master Bruce Tyler (8th Degree Black Belt) of Kindred Martial Arts in Colorado), Senior Professor Joel White (7th Degree Black Belt) and Professor Dave Furst (6th Degree Black Belt) both of Kindred Martial Arts in Connecticut). The award was made while the group of high ranking black belts were presenting a series of training seminars at the Kindred Martial Arts School in Fountain Hills, Arizona, which is owned and operated by Sifu John Nichols, who is also a 4th Degree Black Belt and Senior Instructor in the Art of Kenpo Karate under Master Tyler and Professors White and Furst.
Sifu Mark Kuchta is just the fourth person to be awarded a rank as high as 4th Degree Black Belt through Kindred Martial Arts. As a general rule achieving such a high rank, in and of itself, is a rare achievement in the martial arts world due to the time and dedication needed to learn the requisite techniques and skills.
Sr. Professor Joel White was quoted as saying, "Sifu Mark is such a talented martial arts instructor and a tremendous asset to the entire Kindred Martial Arts [KMA] family. Everyone, at all of our KMA schools around the country, are so very proud of his accomplishments. He represents the very best of what's available in Kenpo Karate instruction."
