President Robert Miller Forms Rep Council at Future Electronics
Three years ago Future Electronics formed a Rep Council, under the direction of Robert Miller, President, to strengthen business partnerships and communication between company and manufacturers' representatives, and is the only global distributor that has an active council.
Pointe Claire, Canada, December 19, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Future Electronics, a global leading distributor of electronic components founded by Robert Miller in 1968, formed a Rep Council three years ago, to identify, discuss, and tackle industry challenges as a team.
The organization, created under the direction of Robert Miller, President, comprises some of the largest, most respected rep companies' presidents and owners in the Americas, with a goal of providing a forum for open and candid constructive dialogue that will result in increased effectiveness and sales for everyone involved.
The council is an effective method through which these premier reps and Future Electronics work together to analyze industry challenges and implement solutions that benefit the entire industry. Participants discuss investment strategies and determine differentiated behaviors to implement jointly. They identify focus markets and applications, and come up with the most effective ways to address these with the customer base.
Karim Yasmine, Corporate Vice President at Future Electronics, explained, "Our Rep Council initiative has been a tremendous success as we continue to share market intelligence and strategies with some of the most reputable rep firms in our industry. The work we have done together over the years has enabled us all to win and outpace the market in our focus areas."
