About the Book (Excerpts & Info)
In the tradition of Catch 22 and MASH comes the most honest, refreshing story about the Vietnam era that's ever been written. This book may change everything you thought you knew about a generation torn apart by the war in Vietnam and the military draft. Read the poignant, irreverent story of one GI who hated the war, and later suffered the scorn of those who connived to avoid military service. A must-read for all who lived during those tumultuous times, and for everyone who wants a better understanding of how the Vietnam War continues to affect all our lives today.
Deftly constructed at 152 pages, Why Didn't You Have To Go To Vietnam, Daddy?: Once Upon A Time In A Dream is being aggressively promoted to appropriate markets with a focus on the War category.
