About Sergio H. Escalona
Mr. Escalona is retired after 28 years experience in the education field. He currently serves as a Substitute Teacher for the School District of Lee County in Lee County, Florida. Before retiring, he taught Science, Mathematics and Russian Language. Mr. Escalona is affiliated with the FSU Alumni Association.

Mr. Escalona was born in Havana, Cuba and obtained a M.A. from Nova Southeastern University in 1993 and a Specialist Degree from Florida State University in 1998. In his spare time he enjoys reading, swimming and watching movies and television.
