Mr. Puckett was a Chief Warrant Officer 5, U.S. Marines (Retired), has American Board Certification for Homeland security (ABCHS), is a Certified Homeland Security IV (CHS-IV, a Diplomat, Certified Homeland Security (Diplomat-CHS), is Sensitive Security Information Certified (SSI-C), Certified in Disaster Preparedness (CDP-I), and a Boy Scouts of America Eagle Scout. He is a Life Member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, the Disabled Veterans of America, the Navy League, and the American Legion. In his leisure time he enjoys riding motorcycles and camping.
