Dr. Serraino received a B.A. from Rutgers State University, an M.A. from Jersey City College, and an MFA (Doctorate Ph.D.) from Pratt Institute. Dr. Serraino’s expertise is Management/Administration, Healthcare, Education, the Arts, Fundraising, Technology, Charitable Affiliation, and Employment. She is a member of AENJ, the Kessler Institute of Rehabilitations, Johnson & Johnson Corp., ASPCA, HSUS, the New Jersey Theatre Alliance, the Cato Institute, the New York Historical Society, the Archaeological Institute of America, and the New Jersey Dept. of Labor. In her leisure time, Dr. Serraino Animal enjoys fine art, archeology, and is involved in animal care and advocacy.
