Janelle Hilton Elected a Director of Laguna Board of REALTORS®

Laguna Beach, CA, December 30, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Janelle Hilton, a REALTOR®-Sales Associate with the Laguna Beach office of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties, has been elected to a three-year term as a director of the Laguna Board of REALTORS®, and 2016 co-chair of its Committee for Community Events.

Hilton, whose term begins Jan 1, 2016, was installed Dec. 11 during the annual Leadership Installation Breakfast at the Surf & Sand Resort in Laguna Beach, after being elected by her REALTOR® membership peers.

Hilton has 15 years of experience in sales, business development, and corporate management. She previously lived in Scottsdale, Ariz., where she earned the Women in Business Leadership award from the Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce. After moving to Laguna Beach, she fell in love with the character, people, and beauty of the community.

Growing up on a farm in northern Minnesota, Hilton developed a strong work ethic at an early age. She started an internship program on the Child Life Unit at South Dakota Children’s Hospital while attending Augustana College, where she earned degrees in psychology and business. She holds an MBA in Global Business from the University of Phoenix. She is an active member of the Loloma Foundation, recently returning from Fiji on a medical mission where she volunteered with children.

Hilton also volunteers for the Laguna Beach Pet Parade, “A Taste for Charity,” and is active with the Charitable Assistance Fund of the Laguna Board of REALTORS®. Her outside interests and hobbies include traveling, water and snow sports, gardening, cooking, and photography.
