Swift Construction and the Swift Family Foundation donated $5,000 to the Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office and the Florida Sheriff’s Youth Ranches to support their youth-related programs. For over 20 years Jon F. Swift Construction has been supporting these two organizations and this year was no different. “We are committed to supporting what the Sheriff’s Activities League and the Florida Sheriffs Youth Ranches stand for,” said Jon F. Thousands of children have benefited from statewide services and local programs from the Florida Sheriffs Youth Ranches and the Sheriff’s Activities League. A notable program the Sheriff’s Activities League coordinates is the Experiential Education – Outdoor Adventures program focuses deeply on team-building activities, and offer field trip opportunities to local outdoor destinations for children. The Florida Sheriffs Youth Ranches has a local youth ranch here in the Bradenton/Sarasota area that offers residential services for 29 boys.
