Davidson Realty Announces $500 Incentive for Home Buyers
Davidson Realty recently rolled out a Buyer Incentive Program, which awards a $500 gift card to anyone who buys a home with Davidson.
St. Augustine, FL, January 06, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Davidson Realty, Inc. has launched a Buyer Incentive Program that awards a $500 gift card to any buyer who purchases a home through Davidson. The incentive will help thousands of home buyers expected to move to Northwest St. Johns County amid the recent construction boom, as well as Davidson Realty buyers throughout Northeast Florida.
"We already offer a $500 incentive to sellers and we wanted to show our appreciation to buyers as well," said Sherry Davidson, President of Davidson Realty. "Buying a home is a big commitment and $500 can really help families trying to get settled in a new house."
The incentive requires that the transaction be completed through closing and the home must close at $150,000 or more. A $500 gift card to a local retailer will be presented to the buyer at closing.
The incentive can only be used by one collective buyer per transaction, and no other promotions or discounts can apply.
