Paragon Appoints Halberg as Wealth Advisor of Wealth Solutions Team
Atlanta, GA, January 05, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Paragon Bank (OTCBB: PGNN.OB) has announced Martin Halberg as Wealth Management Advisor of its Wealth Solutions team. Halberg reports to Mike Edwards, President and Chief Operating Officer at Paragon Bank, and Charles Yorke, President of the Paragon Small Business Capital Group, and will be based in Atlanta.

As Wealth Advisor, Halberg is responsible for client wealth management, facilitating the placement of insurance coverage for Small Business Association clients, and developing relationships with those clients to meet their needs as their businesses grow and prosper. In addition to working with Paragon, Halberg owns a wealth management practice in the Atlanta area.
Halberg has worked in the securities and insurance business since 1996 and has been a Certified Financial Planner since 2000. Prior to that, he was Vice President and Director of Store Operations at Honey Baked Ham Company of Georgia, and earned his Bachelor of Science in behavioral management from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Additionally, Halberg is a board member of A Time to Build, a nonprofit that raises funds for orphanages and churches in third-world countries. In 2009, he received the National Financial Group’s William C. Hartman Award for outstanding service to others outside the financial services industry.
