Donna Sandsmark brings more than 20 years of software operations management to the team.

Donna Sandsmark has joined TAG as the Director of Professional Services for the NetSuite Division. She brings more than 20 years of software operations management, programming and engineering experience to the team.

With experience in leading over 40 high profile ecommerce web development and data integration projects, Sandsmark has the proven ability to manage complex technical projects, while continuously implementing substantive process improvements. In addition to managing daily project tasks, she provides outstanding customer service, and builds relationships by understanding her client’s verticals and competitors to best represent their needs.
Sandsmark is the Program Manager/Adviser at the UCSD Extension program where she is responsible for the curriculum development and technology requirements for the Digital Arts Program and UX Certificate Program.
Being well versed in web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, CMS, jQuery and ecommerce software, Sandsmark is passionate about user experience (UX) principles. Sandsmark leverages her research, user journeys and testing to provide freelance web programming services and builds intuitive websites with creative content and design.
Sandsmark graduated from the University of Southern California with a Master of Science Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems and Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management/Engineering. She holds a Certificate for Leadership and Management Program (LAMP) for the University of California, San Diego.
