Fisher & Phillips Elects Janet A. Hendrick as Partner in the Dallas Office

Hendrick has been with Fisher & Phillips since 2013. She has many years of experience representing employers in all aspects of labor and employment law. She focuses her practice on employment litigation for national and regional employers of all sizes in administrative, state, and federal court actions. She works within industries including manufacturing, retail, healthcare, finance, consulting, and hospitality in matters such as those involving discrimination, non-compete and wage and hour cases. In addition to litigation, Hendrick regularly counsels clients in litigation avoidance and employment law compliance on issues under the National Labor Relations Act and represents employers in proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board.
