Bieging Shapiro & Barber Welcomes Dallas Partner: John Leininger Boosts Law Firm’s Texas Presence
John C. Leininger has joined Bieging, Shapiro & Barber as a partner in the law firm’s Dallas office. Leininger is experienced in bankruptcy, bankruptcy related litigation, and commercial litigation matters. He was previously of counsel with Bryan Cave in Dallas.
Dallas, TX, January 07, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Bieging Shapiro & Barber (BSB) announced that John C. Leininger has joined the law firm’s Dallas office as a partner, effective January 1, 2016. Leininger was previously of counsel with Bryan Cave in Dallas, Texas.
Leininger is experienced in bankruptcy, bankruptcy related litigation, and commercial litigation matters. In the course of his 17-year career he has represented debtors, secured creditors, unsecured creditors, trustees and persons or entities seeking to acquire assets from a bankruptcy estate. He has also worked as counsel to commercial real estate lenders for office buildings, hotels and multi-family residential buildings.

Leininger graduated from South Texas College of Law in 1998. While in law school, he served as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable William Greendyke, a United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Southern District of Texas. Subsequent to that, he served as law clerk to the Honorable Bill Parker, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Eastern District of Texas.
When not practicing law, Leininger enjoys spending time with his family and on the golf course where he plays to a single-digit handicap.
