Barashy works with the firm’s commercial real estate division at its office at 7475 W. Sahara Avenue in Las Vegas.
He represented the seller in the sale of two Las Vegas office properties at 919 E. Tropicana Avenue and 4933 Shirley Street. The value of the sale was $550,000.
Barashy represented the buyer in the purchase of an industrial land site on the northwest corner of Clayton Street and Evans Avenue in North Las Vegas. The sale price was $1.4 million.
Barashy also represented the landlord in the lease of a 5,120 square foot industrial building at 1921 Losee Road in North Las Vegas. The value of the lease was $72,000.
