Henderson Franklin Names Shannon Puopolo Stockholder

Puopolo concentrates her practice in commercial litigation and, more specifically, handles real estate litigation, including title insurance claims, creditors’ rights in bankruptcy and foreclosure proceedings, and residential and commercial eviction proceedings. She also handles association law matters and partnership disputes.

Puopolo is the Vice President of the Guardian Ad Litem Foundation - 20th Judicial Circuit (formerly known as Voices for Kids of Southwest Florida) Board of Directors. She is also President Emeritus of the Lee County Bar Association’s Young Lawyer’s Division and is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute.
