Cyber Risk Management, LLC Acquires Identity Governance and Access Management Firm APTEC, LLC

Tampa, FL, January 13, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Cyber Risk Management, LLC (“CRM”) today announced a significant growth investment in APTEC, LLC (“APTEC”), a leading provider of Identity Governance and Access Management (“IAM”) solution services.

APTEC provides specialized IAM capabilities to Fortune 1000 companies, across the healthcare, financial services, utilities, manufacturing, higher education and government sectors. Headquartered in Bethesda, MD, APTEC brings thought leadership and subject matter experts dedicated to helping clients plan, integrate and optimize leading IAM platforms, including Oracle, Sailpoint, ForgeRock and Okta. APTEC was also recently recognized as Oracle’s Excellence Specialized Partner of the Year in the Security and Identity Management Solutions category.

This is the fourth transaction for CRM, following growth investments in Sunera LLC, ANRC, LLC, and assets purchased from Kratos Defense & Security Solutions. CRM is one of the country’s largest privately held companies focused on the entire breadth of data risk management service offerings. The combination now provides cyber security, data privacy, data analytics and training services to more than 400 Fortune 1000 companies and government agencies.
