RONCO President's Message 2016

Dear Friends of RONCO,
2015 just flew by and here we all are: looking forward to a new beginning. I trust that 2015 treated you well professionally and personally.
For RONCO, 2015 was a year of expansion: we moved to our new, larger facility; opened 2 new Distribution centers – in China and Edmonton; and opened our first International Sales office. All this, while maintaining our position for the 3rd consecutive year as part of Canada’s Top 500 Fastest Growing Companies.
I am proud to say that this year we are celebrating our 20th anniversary! Each one of you is a stakeholder in our success and I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for all your support and helping us achieve positive sustainable growth year after year.
For 2016, our focus will be on new product development. In line with our philosophy of innovation, we have plans to introduce some unique lines of products, especially for the industrial market segment.
Technology is another area of focus for us. Using technology will help us improve our efficiencies and deliver better customer satisfaction and superior service levels that you have come to expect from us.
As we enter 2016, I am very excited about the new opportunities that will continue to help us expand. While we will continue to concentrate on the Canadian market, we are looking at exploring new relationships across the globe as well.
Having said all of this, I want to reiterate that our main focus has always been and will continue to remain YOU, our customer. I would also like to take this opportunity to get your feedback. We want to understand your requirements and learn from you how we can improve and work better towards becoming your trusted partner that you can always rely on. In closing, I would once again like to thank each one of you- customers, end-users, vendors, employees and all of our partners, for your continued support. I assure you that we will continue to serve you with the same dedication and passion that we had 20 years ago when we started this company.
