Douglas makes his home in Chaddsford Pennsylvania and earned his Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology from Westchester University and his Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice from Wilmington University. As Vice President, Douglas is responsible for all back office financials including payroll and insurance as well as answering emails and formatting resumes for recruiters.
