Dalton adds a combined twenty years of real estate, management, sales, marketing and service support experience. Before joining Kima Commercial, LLC, he was a Real Estate Broker in the Triangle region with Keller Williams Preferred Realty, served in the US Army, held leadership positions in start-ups to Fortune 100 companies, took part in extensive global travel and earned a Business Degree from Campbell University.

His blended areas of expertise include creative and thoughtful solutions, skillful negotiations and unique strategies specifically geared to create a win-win environment.
