Summit International Awards Recognizes CraneMorley Training Program with Its Emerging Media Award
Long Beach, CA, January 18, 2016 --(PR.com)-- CraneMorley is a Leader Award winner in the 2015 Summit Emerging Media Award (Summit EMA) competition for their work with Hyundai Motor America. The new model course, 2016 Tucson on the Service Drive, was designed by CraneMorley to help service professionals become experts on the vehicle’s advanced technology features in order to better serve new owners.
The Summit EMA offers recognition for introducing new methods, directing and helping to set the pace for emerging media, and demonstrating excellence on the web, through apps, videos, mobile sites and social media. Only 7% of over 1300 entries from numerous countries earned recognition in the 2015 competition.
The Summit International Awards organization is dedicated to furthering creative excellence in the communications industry. It administers three distinguished award competitions throughout the year with the goal of raising the awareness of companies and individuals who have the creative and marketing talent to go beyond the ordinary.

CraneMorley developed 2016 Tucson on the Service Drive to fully introduce service professionals to the 2016 Tucson vehicle model, including new advanced features and technology. Customer scenarios provide the learner with opportunities to respond to and resolve potential “difficult to use” feature inquiries. This engaging course enables service professionals to investigate customer concerns and help owners understand proper operation of their vehicle.
