0- Is sometimes the best option in any given evening. For example, if a student has a test the next day, if they haven’t eaten, if they are on medication, if they are under 21, if they have been sick, if they are an alcoholic, if they have a low tolerance, and a variety of other reasons.
1- No more than one drink per hour (12oz beer, 5 oz glass of wine, or a 1 oz shot in a mixed drink).
2- Drink no more than 2 times per week. There is a significant difference in the amount of problems people have if they drink more than 2 times per week.
3- A student should have no more than 3 drinks any time they consume alcohol. The premise behind this is to see if the person is in control of the alcohol or if the alcohol is in control of the person.
