Firefighter Ray will be travelling the country in an effort to combine his love of all things firehouse with his love for good food. The viewer can immediately experience what it feels like to be cooking inside a fire department kitchen with the help of his guest firehouse chefs (from various firehouses). While cooking their way through such sizzling delicacies as pizza, stuffed pork roll, chicken, ribs, and the firehouse favorite—a world-class chili—Firefighter Ray and his firehouse cohorts display their pride in their calling while informing their audience about such important topics as fire-fighting equipment and safety tips that can save lives.
