Madison, WI, January 23, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Cresa Madison represented Walkner Condon in a relocation from their current office space at 2623 Monroe Street to The Glen, a brand new building located at the corner of Glenway and Monroe Street at 723 Glenway Street. Walkner Condon will occupy their new office space in Q2, 2016.

Walkner Condon engaged Cresa to help them identify a relocation option and to negotiate a lease that maintained as much flexibility and tenant-favorable terms as possible.
