Anne E. Moses has lived in Switzerland, Italy, Greece and the United Kingdom. The author and illustrator was born in the United States, and she and her husband, Bill, who live in Athens, Greece, travel extensively with the ever-intrepid Gracie. Moses has also written the companion book, “The Gracie Guide to Good Manners for Proper Pooches,” and another illustrated children’s bedtime story, “Gatos Musikos: A Secret Told by the Moon.”
