Canton, TX, January 27, 2016 --(PR.com)-- The ninth annual Legacy of Love Single Moms Conference (www.SingleMomsLegacyOfLove.org) will be February 19-20, at First Baptist Church of Canton, Texas. Single moms from throughout the area will come together to be encouraged, inspired, and equipped to better support their children.
Jennifer Maggio, an award-winning author, speaker, and former single mom, will be the keynote speaker. She will share how she overcame homelessness, abuse, and living on welfare with four children to become an 11-time Circle of Excellence winner in Corporate America for a prominent Fortune 500 company, and to be named one of the Top 10 Most Influential Leaders in America by John Maxwell.
Today, Jennifer leads the global non-profit The Life of a Single Mom Ministries, which she founded. The ministry helps single moms free themselves from financial failures, parenting woes, and emotional issues.
The conference kicks off Friday, Feb. 19, from 6 to 8 p.m. with dinner and the first of two presentations by Jennifer. On Saturday, Feb. 20, the conference runs from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., with educational sessions on parenting, healthy relationships, personal finance, cooking, legal advice, and more.
